Spirit T-Shirt -- Now Buy One, Get One Half-Price! If you would like to order a Spirit T-Shirt for your OCS student or yourself, please submit this form with payment to the PTA Mailbox.
Dollars for Dollars -- Buy your ShopRite, A&P, and/or Kohl's cards through the OCS PTA to earn us a 5% profit. Chair: Joanna Weldon
Check Request Form -- If you need a check for PTA purchases or to be reimbursed by the PTA, please submit this form (with applicable receipts) directly to the PTA Treasurer or send it to the PTA Mailbox in the Main Office.
